Why is this important?

Many parents work and do not have the opportunity to attend PTA meetings. Other parents are simply new to the school and don't know the procedures.  This website plans to build a PTA community for ALL parents.

To get your event or flyer on the website:

• Please contact the Publicity Committee Rep.

• Send in your backpack flyers, website links, posters...etc. Anything to help promote your event.
  

• Please send in Helping Hands information well in advance.
  

• All forms must be approved by the PTA presidents
  

• All forms submitted for website posting must be sent as "word" or "publisher" document. 
  

• If document is another type please contact publicity rep. before submitting.
  

• Please note whether you want your contact information published. Otherwise forms will be published as is.*
  

* Please note that any forms submitted with phone number WILL be posted. Submission implies consent.   If you do not want your phone number posted please delete it from the form before submitting.
